9. Shipping and Delivery of Alcoholic Beverages

By placing your order in our online shop, you confirm that you, as the purchaser, have reached the legally required minimum age (18+) for ordering alcoholic beverages.

Furthermore, you are obliged to ensure that upon delivery/receipt of the order, only you (the purchaser) or an authorized adult person receives the order/delivery.

The appointed logistics service provider will be instructed to deliver only to the authorized order person, provided they have reached the age of 18 or an authorized adult person has been commissioned to receive the delivery (e.g., DHL/ID check). An age verification via ID by the logistics provider may take place on-site.

We reserve the right to revoke the sales contract according to § 109 BGB if the ordering person is underage.
