Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal / Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The withdrawal period will be 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a person named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in the context of a single order and they are delivered in a single delivery;

- on which you or a person named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, if you ordered several goods in the context of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- on which you or a person named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last shipment or the last item, if you ordered an article that is delivered in multiple shipments or parts;

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by mail, telefax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory to do so.

You can also fill in the model withdrawal form electronically and send it back to us on our website (www.einkaufonline.net). If you make use of this option, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of your notification of withdrawal (e.g. by email).

It is enough to send your notification of withdrawal to us before the end of the withdrawal period in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the most cost-effective standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days of the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In no case will we charge you any fees for the repayment.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the day you informed us of your intention to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods that are sent via a parcel service, as well as the direct costs of returning goods that are not sent via a parcel service. The costs for non-parcel services may be estimated at up to approximately €100.

You must only bear the loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not pre-assembled and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
- for the supply of perishable goods or whose shelf life would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which cannot be delivered before 30 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal shall lapse prior to its expiry for contracts:

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their sealing has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods, if these after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or software in a sealed package, if the package has been unsealed after delivery.
